ebnat AG, a Swiss manufacturer of interdental, tooth and household brushes, faced complex, multi-stage product development that was managed with spreadsheets and limited transparency while needing ISO-compliant documentation and tight Outlook integration. After evaluating options, the company selected InLoox’s project management solution integrated into Microsoft Outlook (InLoox for Outlook/InLoox PM) to lower the adoption barrier and support resource planning, workflows and multi-project linking.

InLoox was rolled out gradually over six months and is now used by about 30 employees (plus ten viewers), providing automated folder structures, dashboards, Gantt charts and resource views directly in Outlook.
