VIGC - Customer Case Study

VIGC, the Belgian knowledge center for the printing industry, needed a reliable time registration system to generate required government reports and meet ISO 9001 quality‑management expectations. They chose InLoox PM (vendor: InLoox) and primarily used it for time tracking and reporting, but an ISO auditor highlighted gaps in registering trainings and complaints.

Using InLoox PM’s custom fields, VIGC added two checkboxes (_Complaint and _Training) and created a shared custom view that surfaces project name, manager, first customer and note excerpts for quick filtering and review. The InLoox solution made it possible to log actions and outcomes traceably (the auditor’s key requirement), enabled immediate visibility across staff, and replaced manual registers—custom views were set up in seconds, simplifying reporting and strengthening compliance.
