Snowmaking Systems Manufacturer TechnoAlpin chooses InLoox Project Management Solution

TechnoAlpin, a manufacturer of snowmaking systems that completes about 300 projects a year, was struggling with growing order volume and project complexity while relying on spreadsheets. This caused overlaps, poor visibility, and coordination challenges across remote sites and tight seasonal windows. After market research they chose InLoox — specifically InLoox PM for Outlook / InLoox PM 8 — to provide an intuitive, ISO‑friendly project management solution.

InLoox (implemented via distributor IQ Sales) was rolled out initially in Contract Management to 22 users, bringing scheduling, task assignment, notes and automated status emails into a single, documented workflow. As a result, project managers report more structured work, simplified communication, streamlined processes and expected time savings; TechnoAlpin plans to extend InLoox company‑wide across Purchasing, Service and Production and use it for all projects next season.
