SGB-SMIT Group integrates InLoox successfully into the global enterprise infrastructure

SGB-SMIT Group, a global manufacturer of power transformers headquartered in Regensburg with six production sites across five countries, needed to standardize and simplify complex project-management workflows and align them with its 2018 business strategy. To achieve this while fitting into its existing IT environment, SGB-SMIT selected InLoox and implemented InLoox PM for Outlook.

Using InLoox PM for Outlook, workflow simulations allowed SGB-SMIT to complete the evaluation phase within three months and roll out a solution that improved cross-site coordination, streamlined compilation and handling of documents, drafts and schedules, and closed reporting gaps. InLoox helped reduce man-hours and save resources, lowered employee workload, and now supports about 300 active users, giving project managers much better visibility into project steps.
