Case Study: myAbility achieves reliable, transparent project management for inclusion projects with InLoox

A InLoox Case Study

Preview of the myAbility Case Study

Inclusion projects successfully planned and implemented with InLoox

myAbility, a Vienna-based social enterprise that runs the myAbility Talent® program and the largest inclusive job platform in the German-speaking region, needed a simple, scalable way to manage interconnected inclusion projects and maintain an overview as the organization grew. Seeking an intuitive tool to map tasks, schedules and dependencies without heavy specialist training, myAbility selected the InLoox project management solution (integrated with Outlook) after discovering it on the Stifter-helfen portal.

myAbility implemented InLoox with basic staff training and now uses Gantt charts, Kanban boards, mind‑mapping and external user integration to plan and track every step of its matching and consulting projects. With InLoox, the team gained greater transparency and reliable project status reporting to stakeholders, improved control and standardized processes, and increased scalability and project quality—supporting the nine-month Talent program that yields a 40–50% offer rate for matched participants and enabling continued expansion.
