Dr. Loges + Co. GmbH, a family-owned pharmaceutical manufacturer, needed to accelerate time-to-market for new herbal and homeopathic products and replace maintenance-heavy Excel project plans. To gain clearer task responsibilities, dynamic scheduling and Outlook integration, the company selected InLoox's project management solution.
InLoox implemented an Outlook-integrated PM system with Gantt charts, notifications and a master Stage‑Gate project template to plan each product launch (about 127 tasks) and manage 8–10 parallel projects involving some 35 of 170 employees. The InLoox solution delivered structured documentation, reduced maintenance and follow-up questions, improved transparency, effort estimates and coordination—and enabled project managers to spend only about one to two hours per week on project administration.
