Hospitals of Esslingen County choose InLoox for enterprise project management

Landkreis Esslingen (Hospitals of Esslingen) runs multiple hospital sites and needed an enterprise-grade, easy-to-adopt project management solution to coordinate specialists across locations and avoid double resource planning and extensive training for ~300 users. The county selected InLoox’s project management software—valued for its intuitive UI and tight Microsoft Outlook integration—to meet those requirements.

InLoox was deployed (installation and rollout by distributor OptCon) across more than 300 terminals, supporting the existing Citrix/Terminal Server environment, Active Directory permissions and SQL replication. InLoox delivers project planning, resource allocation, document management, time/expense tracking, reporting and notifications, which drastically reduced redundant work and reporting overhead, cut training effort, and gave medical staff more time to focus on core competencies.
