habemus! - Customer Case Study

habemus! electronic + transfer GmbH, an E²MS provider for electronics development and manufacturing, faced the challenge of controlling 15–20 (peaking at 30) highly heterogeneous customer projects in parallel and delivering differentiated, transparent reporting for both internal stakeholders and customers. To fit into its existing tool landscape and support PRINCE2-based processes, habemus! adopted the InLoox project management solution—using InLoox dashboards and reports integrated with Outlook, Excel and Power BI.

InLoox implemented multi-project controlling with configurable dashboards for internal monitoring and standardized reports for customers, mapping PRINCE2 workflows and enabling program-level views. The result: about 1 hour saved per dashboard in research, status meetings shortened from 1–2 hours to roughly 30 minutes, improved collaboration across executive, development and project management, clearer budget transparency and increased project profitability, plus strengthened customer trust and new-business acquisition using InLoox reports.
