Berlitz, a leading provider of language, management and intercultural training, needed a practical project management solution after launching a company-wide ERP where numerous complex sub-projects required better coordination. They selected InLoox, specifically InLoox PM for Outlook, because of its seamless Outlook integration, low system requirements and uncomplicated installation.

InLoox implemented InLoox PM across Berlitz’s project management area (implementation began in November 2012), helping standardize processes and task management and providing project managers with a real-time overview of project schedules, employee workload and pending tasks. The InLoox solution consolidated project work inside Outlook, delivered regular updates and responsive support, and is being extended to the entire IT team—improving visibility and operational efficiency for Berlitz.
