Internorm, Europe’s leading window brand headquartered in Traun, Austria, faced the challenge of managing many simultaneous innovation and development projects while keeping a clear overview of resource utilization and task handoffs. Previous PM tools were too complex and narrowly focused, and because all employees used Microsoft Outlook, Internorm selected the Outlook‑integrated product InLoox PM from vendor InLoox to simplify adoption and support its parallel, staged processes.

InLoox implemented InLoox PM directly inside Outlook, providing a visual multi‑project resource and workload overview, Outlook‑linked work packages, and built‑in time and task reporting.
