Christ Electronic Systems, part of the Otto Christ AG group and a developer of touch panel PCs and embedded electronics, struggled to coordinate complex, often customized development projects using email and Excel. To address inefficient, fragmented workflows they deployed InLoox’s Outlook-integrated project management software on a company license to provide a simple, centrally accessible planning and tracking tool.

InLoox delivered a single platform with Kanban boards, Gantt planning, reusable project templates and time tracking, bringing transparency and faster processes across projects. As a result Christ Electronic Systems can continuously track status, progress and costs, attach PDF time reports to invoices, and—according to Head of Development Arthur Zerr—save about two hours per week; the company plans to expand InLoox to ~200 users and add resource planning next.
