Dynafit, the Oberalp Group’s high‑tech alpine brand, faced poor planning visibility and tight, ISPO‑driven timelines as its R&D and footwear teams in Germany and Italy developed complex ski bindings and boots. To prevent single‑stage delays from jeopardizing year‑long product cycles, Dynafit evaluated solutions and in 2014 selected InLoox’s InLoox PM (chosen for its Outlook integration) to improve cross‑border project coordination.

InLoox deployed InLoox PM across Dynafit’s departments, using Gantt charts, document management, project notes, resource management and publishing features to centralize communication and track 40–50 components per project. The InLoox implementation (with distributor 1Q Sales) delivered a clearer project overview, significantly reduced time pressure, provided early alerts to delays, consolidated project knowledge, and enabled resource planning that accounts for absences—improving traceability (e.g., tracking >50 tools) and supporting a staged company‑wide rollout.
