Fendt (AGCO/Fendt), a leading manufacturer of tractors and agricultural machinery, needed to modernize internal project and resource management as part of its Future Project. Facing complex horizontal dependencies between projects, varying project-management maturity across divisions, and a strict requirement to integrate with Microsoft Outlook, Fendt selected the InLoox for Outlook project management solution from InLoox to provide an Outlook‑native planning and tracking platform.

InLoox implemented an Outlook-integrated system with Gantt planning, task/calendar synchronization, a global project calendar and a custom “publish milestones” feature that notifies affected project managers when dates change. The InLoox deployment (enterprise license, multi-database setup) simplified deadline alignment, reduced coordination effort, increased portfolio transparency and saved time for project teams—giving managers a concise overview and faster status insight.
