Inline Manual implemented digital adoption content within Currie & Brown’s Unit4 ERP system, starting with walkthroughs and tooltips for timesheets and expenses before expanding to other modules. The rollout now supports more than 2,000 users in English and Simplified Chinese, reducing training requirements, eliminating the need for quick cards, and helping improve user satisfaction while saving time on support and training content updates.
