Auto Warehousing Company (AWC), a vehicle logistics and delivery business with facilities across the US and Canada, relied heavily on email to connect with customers. Despite awareness training and existing spam/malware filtering, increasingly sophisticated phishing and spear-phishing attacks were still reaching inboxes, creating a growing security risk. INKY was brought in to provide a more proactive email security layer with in-line user awareness.
INKY implemented Phish Fence, integrating it seamlessly with AWC’s Office 365 environment and existing security tools, and deployed it quickly across 500+ accounts in less than 30 minutes. The solution uses color-coded banners to warn users about suspicious messages while providing real-time training and reporting; AWC reported no successful phishing attempts after deployment and gained better visibility into targeted users, especially executives and finance.
