The solution’s real-time color-coded banners, second-chance flash page, and malware detection helped employees identify threats more confidently while reducing the burden on IT; since INKY went live, email-related calls and tickets have dropped. Kaizen reports that executive spoofing and spear-phishing attempts have been unsuccessful, and the CTO said INKY is now a major component of their cybersecurity defenses.
