Case Study: Kaizen Approach strengthens email security with INKY Phish Fence

A INKY Case Study

Kaizen turns to INKY to fill a gap in their cybersecurity defenses

Kaizen Approach, an information and technical services firm that supports government and commercial customers, was looking to strengthen its own email security after one of its clients experienced an attempted account takeover. Although Kaizen already used spam and malware filtering and conducted phishing awareness training, repeated phishing, executive spoofing, and suspicious email activity showed there was still a gap in its defenses, prompting the team to evaluate INKY and its Phish Fence product.

Kaizen Approach implemented INKY Phish Fence across its entire email community in a single, seamless install session. The solution’s real-time color-coded banners, second-chance flash page, and malware detection helped employees identify threats more confidently while reducing the burden on IT; since INKY went live, email-related calls and tickets have dropped. Kaizen reports that executive spoofing and spear-phishing attempts have been unsuccessful, and the CTO said INKY is now a major component of their cybersecurity defenses.
