Embroidery & Screen Works - Customer Case Study

Embroidery & Screen Works (EASW), a decorated apparel company, faced imminent closure and the layoff of its 14 employees at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020. Owner Andy Holst needed a way to generate revenue and keep his staff working after his traditional business was no longer viable. He turned to vendor InkSoft for a solution.

Using InkSoft's Designer and Stores features, EASW created the "Here For Good 605" online store. This initiative allowed 60 local businesses to design and sell custom-branded t-shirts, with proceeds shared between EASW and each participating business. The solution kept EASW's employees working and provided crucial financial support to the wider local community. InkSoft's accessible tools were cited as essential to making this rapid, impactful response possible.
