A inHANCE Case Study
Grayson County Water District needed to replace 40 years of management by a local electrical co-op and find its own customer billing and information system within a six-month deadline. The district sought an intuitive, water-specific, quick-to-implement solution with robust reporting, mobile work capabilities, and cost-effectiveness and selected inHANCE and its Impresa CIS and FieldHawk MWM products.
inHANCE implemented Impresa (CIS) and FieldHawk (MWM) within the six-month timeframe with minimal disruption, enabling staff to automate repetitive tasks and quickly adopt the new system. The deployment improved inventory tracking, increased operational efficiency, reduced time and material waste, and allowed the district to rely on inHANCE for billing, work management, water loss, meter testing, reporting, cashiering, and inventory, keeping customers satisfied.
