The company was facing low order values that hurt profit margins, delivery costs that weren’t covered by product margins, and little customer incentive to choose climate-smart shipping options.

Using Ingrid Delivery Checkout’s built-in A/B testing, Ingrid and Conversionista! tested replacing the default free option with a greener delivery method and tried five delivery price combinations. The experiment led to a 14% drop in conversion rate, but an 11% boost in net margin revenue and a 25% increase in green delivery choices, helping Kronans Apotek drive more profitable and sustainable deliveries.
