Ideal of Sweden Boosts Revenue by 7% in the Dutch Market

IDEAL OF SWEDEN, a global fashion and lifestyle brand for premium phone accessories, wanted clearer data on delivery pricing so it could find the price point that would maximize purchases. Working with Ingrid, the company used Ingrid Checkout and the Free Shipping Threshold feature to test different delivery price points in the Netherlands.

Ingrid helped IDEAL OF SWEDEN set a €45 free shipping threshold and run A/B tests to understand customer response, with upsell products displayed under the free shipping indicator to encourage larger baskets. The experiment led to a 7% increase in AOV and a lift in transaction conversion rate, and IDEAL OF SWEDEN has since implemented the approach in the Netherlands and begun scaling and testing it in other markets.
