With Ingrid Delivery Checkout, AdLibris optimized the checkout experience by showing more relevant delivery options, including delivery times, prices, and carrier choices, while steadily adding more carriers to match customer needs. The results were strong: Ingrid helped AdLibris achieve an 8% conversion uplift and save on net delivery costs, with the case study citing 10 in net delivery costs saved over 2018–2020.
