LIFEAID Beverage Company, the independent nutritional lifestyle beverage brand behind GOLFERAID, FITAID, and PARTYAID, needed a way to support rapid growth, improve retailer fulfillment, and better manage logistics across expanding channels. To meet rising demand, LIFEAID partnered with Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services and its Shipwire platform to integrate operations and scale fulfillment across multiple facilities.

Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services implemented a custom solution connecting LIFEAID’s Magento shopping cart and Shipstation into Shipwire, while also setting up third-party carrier accounts and retailer compliance rules for B2B shipping. The results included a streamlined logistics operation, faster access to order data, and meaningful cost savings of about $0.50 per order; LIFEAID also grew top line by 60% while shipping costs rose only 9%, and could reach 90% of U.S. customers within two days.
