A Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services Case Study

Preview of the GREATS Footwear Case Study

GREATS Footwear continues to evolve their customer experience using the Shipwire Platform

GREATS Footwear, a Brooklyn-based direct-to-consumer men’s footwear brand, needed a logistics partner that could keep up with rapid ecommerce growth while supporting a premium customer experience. The company partnered with Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services and used the Shipwire Platform to manage inventory, orders, and fulfillment as its product line and sales volume expanded.

Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services implemented real-time inventory and order visibility through the Shipwire Platform, along with branded packing lists, custom boxes, and personalized shipping communications to enhance the unboxing experience. The results were significant: GREATS grew sales by an average of 280% year over year, order volume rose more than 300% between 2014 and 2015, monthly orders reached over 3,000 by 2016, and SKU count increased six-fold as the brand expanded into new styles and a women’s line.
