Reed Exhibitions, the world’s leading event organiser, wanted to bring more highly relevant attendees to ISC West, the largest U.S. event for the physical security industry. To support that goal, Reed turned to InGo and its social media marketing software as a complement to its existing promotional efforts.

InGo implemented its full software suite for Reed, including Social Registration, Personal Invites, Automated Social Posting, and Who’s In. The campaign delivered an average adoption rate of 17%, 511 personal invites, 764,979 trusted impressions, and 1,126 verified acquisitions; 70% were net new and 731 were first-time ISC West attendees. Exhibitors also scanned more than 6,000 leads from these acquisitions, and InGo cut cost per net new attendee to $15 versus the industry average of $30.
