ICFF, part of Emerald Expositions, needed a better way to attract a much larger qualified audience as it refreshed its long-running contemporary interiors fair. With poor list quality, failing broadcast email, and high telemarketing costs, ICFF turned to InGo and its social event marketing tools to help reach new prospects beyond its existing database.

InGo implemented its full software suite, including Social Registration, Personal Invites, automated Social Posting, Who’s In, and Social Emails, across ICFF’s registration cycles. The results were strong: InGo drove thousands of mostly net-new registrants in 2013, helped fuel 30% exhibition growth for 2014, and supported continued expansion in 2015, with adoption rising from 5% to 20%, cost per acquisition dropping to $1.60, and on-site conversion increasing to 70%.
