CHS Group, organizer of the Conference and Hospitality Show, wanted to reach a broader audience of new prospects and encourage more people to attend its established event for event organisers, venue finders and PAs. To do this, CHS turned to InGo’s Advocate Marketing platform to help expand awareness and drive registrations.

InGo implemented an advocate marketing campaign that enabled attendees to share socially and send personal invites to their networks. The campaign delivered strong results for CHS Group, including 279 advocates, 451 personal invites, 147,562 trusted impressions, 322 acquisitions, and a £1.99 cost per acquisition. Attendance also grew significantly, with a 50% rise in buyer and visitor registrations and a 48% increase in attendance, while CHS saved 90% versus the industry average cost per attendee acquired.
