Centaur Media, the organizer behind Business Travel Show and Travel Technology Europe, needed a last-minute way to boost event growth, attract more relevant attendees, and improve engagement while lowering acquisition costs. They turned to InGo and its social registration and advocacy tools to support their event marketing for the co-located shows and Business Travel IQ.

InGo was installed across the full registration cycle, helping Centaur Media expand social adoption and word-of-mouth promotion. Results included a 100% increase in Business Travel Show InGo registrations from 3,278 to 6,585, a rise in network reach from 393K to 1.2M, and more trusted impressions and acquisitions; for Travel Technology Europe, registrations grew 71% to 3,774, network reach nearly doubled to 1M, and acquisitions increased from 28.5% to 40% of registrants.
