REWE Group, a market-leading European retail and tourism corporation with about 270,000 employees across 12,000 locations, needed transparent, up-to-date, intranet-accessible organizational charts after its SAP rollout. The existing SAP GUI could not produce the desired layouts and chart creation was manual and slow, so REWE selected Ingentis org.manager to provide seamless SAP integration, uniform corporate-design charts and automated publishing.

Ingentis org.manager was deployed with plug-and-play SAP integration and implemented in just a few hours, enabling fully automated daily data transfer from SAP so organizational charts are created “by pressing a button.” As a result, REWE Group’s workforce worldwide now has access to daily-updated, corporate-design charts via the intranet, manual chart maintenance has been eliminated, and REWE reports a significant workload reduction at local sites alongside rapid implementation of customer-specific requirements.
