Maersk Group needed a user-friendly way to visualize its complex workforce during a global SAP HCM rollout—bringing together personnel, positions and organizational units from SAP into a clear structure so HR, managers and employees could quickly locate information and save time. The project team selected Ingentis org.manager to meet these requirements and integrate with Maersk’s SAP human resources data.

Ingentis org.manager delivered real-time HTML organization charts fed automatically from SAP HCM, searchable employee lists (by name, job ID or role), photo integration, Excel export and a Data Quality Index with color-coded visibility of clean data. As a result, Maersk Group gained increased transparency across units, faster access to personnel information and measurable data-quality reporting— with the Ingentis org.manager solution accessed more than 10,000 times per month.
