As a result, Ingentis org.manager eliminated questions about stale data, saved substantial time through automation, made KPI-driven org charts available for the quarterly Global Ops meeting of the top 100 leaders, and now supports talent reviews and VP nominations by helping identify gaps and drive aligned decisions.
