Roanoke College, a four-year liberal arts college in Salem, Virginia, wanted to better capture prospective students’ interest by showing authentic campus life. In a redesign that split the public site into a marketing site and a publicly accessible intranet called Inside Roanoke, the college faced partner setbacks and needed a flexible CMS that could support heavy cross-linking, many departmental authors, multimedia content, and integrations with campus systems.

Ingeniux CMS provided a single administration, shared hosting, robust taxonomy, visual Page Builder and a move to .NET templates, enabling easy content reuse, video and user-generated content, and integration of external applications. The result was faster implementation, easier decentralized content creation, richer marketing and student-facing content, stronger engagement from prospects and parents, and two successful full redesigns on the platform.
