Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center launches PACT platform with Ingenious, migrating from Cornell to Fred Hutch

The Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, through researcher Megan Shen, needed to turn research on end-of-life care planning into a functional patient-facing platform. The challenge was the absence of a delivery system to transform educational content and decision logic into a stable, usable tool for patients and their families. Ingenious Agency was engaged to design and build this product.

Ingenious Agency designed and built the PACT platform from scratch, creating an interactive system with guided workflows, educational video delivery, and automated legal document generation. The solution was robust enough to successfully migrate from Weill Cornell Medical College to Fred Hutch. The result is a live platform that provides patients and families with structure for painful planning decisions and gives the researcher a durable base for future work.
