Infrrd worked with a leading financial service provider company that needed a better way to extract data from unconventional stamp images. The customer’s manual process and traditional OCR struggled with stamps that had random orientations, overlapping text, borderless layouts, varying fonts, colors, and print quality, leading to inaccurate and inefficient extraction.

Infrrd implemented its AI-enabled IDP platform for stamp recognition, using machine learning, computer vision, image processing, pattern recognition, and NLP to detect, crop, classify, and extract stamp data through location and date pipelines.
