Infrrd worked with a leading energy company that manages operations across the global energy value chain and processes large RFP documents containing complex engineering drawings, panel schedules, and P&IDs. The company struggled with manual data extraction from hundreds of pages of unstructured content, where variations in symbols, line styles, layouts, and text made accurate classification and page-level identification slow, labor-intensive, and error-prone.

Infrrd implemented its AI-enabled intelligent data capture platform to automate the RFP response and panel schedule extraction workflow, including ingest, preprocessing, table structure extraction, OCR, ML enrichment, text classification, intelligent field extraction, and validation. The solution processed more than 200 pages in minutes and achieved over 90% data accuracy, helping the customer respond to RFPs faster, reduce manual effort, and improve access to extracted data across diagrams, images, and tables.
