Infrrd worked with leading food products procurement & supply company, a US-based global leader in the procurement and sale of frozen meat, poultry, pork, seafood, and vegetable products. The company needed to mine incoming emails in many different formats each day to extract offer information into a structured format, while handling changing languages, varied product descriptions, and shipping-related terminology.

Infrrd implemented a Java-based, JSON-driven email extraction platform that uses machine learning, OCR, and document parsing to process email bodies and attachments such as PDFs, images, Word files, and spreadsheets. The solution identifies relevant tables and paragraphs, maps extracted values to client-specific codes, and returns the data in JSON format, reducing manual email review and cutting offer extraction time to just 1–2 minutes with high accuracy and relevancy.
