Infrrd worked with a major financial service provider in Asia that operated about 500 branches and representative offices across 15 countries and territories. The customer needed a better way to review annual reports and related financial documents to assess creditworthiness, track year-to-year performance during loan servicing, and monitor companies where the bank may have a stake, but its paper-based manual process was slow, difficult to scale, and especially strained at financial year-end.

Infrrd implemented its AI-enabled Intelligent Data Capture platform to ingest, classify, extract, validate, and standardize data from annual reports, balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, and footnotes using machine learning, computer vision, NLP, and rules-based validation. The solution automated ratio comparisons, improved reconciliation against accounting rules, reduced manual effort and inconsistency, and produced standardized outputs that made cross-referencing and financial analysis faster and more accurate.
