Wyndham Gramado Termas Resort & Spa, a high-end hospitality property in Gramado, Brazil, needed a better way to manage more than 1,000 assets, centralize maintenance requests, and keep operations consistent across seasonal peaks and owner stays. Before working with Infraspeak, requests and data were spread across different channels and systems, making it harder to maintain service quality and track performance.
Using Infraspeak’s maintenance management platform, Wyndham centralized all tickets and work orders, built dashboards for analysis, and tracked key SLAs such as response time per ticket. The result was better visibility into team performance, stronger operational control, improved guest experience, and support for the resort’s LEED-certified, highly automated building operations.
