Optima Facility, a facility management and maintenance company in Spain, needed a better way to centralize information and manage assets across its operations. Working with Infraspeak, the company looked for a mobile, data-driven platform to digitize work, improve communication with on-site technicians, and support maintenance planning and contract management.

Using Infraspeak’s Intelligent Maintenance Management Platform, Optima Facility implemented mobile task assignment, geolocation, NFC tagging, and centralized asset records for its mobile unit. The results include faster repairs, better visibility into maintenance history and compliance, and reduced information loss; the unit now manages 76 clients, 94 buildings, and 1,000 assets, with 92.9% already identified by NFC tags.
