Rohloff Group, the South African KFC franchisor, needed a better way to manage highly distributed and complex maintenance and procurement operations across multiple provinces. With more than 27,500 assets, around 3,000 work orders and 2,000 purchases per month, and a legacy system that could only store 5,000 items at a time, the team struggled with poor visibility, limited reporting, and disconnected processes.

Infraspeak implemented its maintenance management platform and Infraspeak Network™ to centralize maintenance, procurement, compliance, and supplier communication in one system. The solution supported over 18,000 quote requests and work orders in the first year, connected more than 60 suppliers, enabled approval workflows, and integrated generator monitoring through Bundu Power App. Infraspeak also removed storage limits, provided access to historical work data and analytics, and helped Rohloff Group establish more structured preventive maintenance and asset management.
