How did the Infraspeak-SAP integration transform Sinal Mais operations

Sinal Mais, a Portuguese facility services provider, needed a more centralized and efficient way to manage work orders, planned jobs, procurement, and communication across multiple service partners. Using Infraspeak’s platform, including its Stocks and Purchases apps, they aimed to replace slow, manual processes and better coordinate operations with suppliers and clients.

Infraspeak implemented an SAP integration for Sinal Mais, enabling real-time updates on pricing, suppliers, cost centres, and inventory without duplicate data entry. The rollout was completed in about 3 months in phases, reducing admin work and helping eliminate errors; Infraspeak also enabled automatic handling of tasks like invoice and inventory updates, while future phases are expected to further improve service quality.
