Primark, the UK-based global fashion retailer, needed a better way to manage maintenance across one of its huge distribution centres, which had been run with spreadsheets and paper. With nearly 1 million square feet of space and more than 400 assets to track, the team needed a digital solution to improve efficiency, transparency, and sustainability. Vendor Infraspeak provided its IMMP to support the digitalisation effort.

Infraspeak implemented its IMMP after visiting the site and assessing Primark’s operational needs, helping map a complex asset list and create a more connected maintenance workflow. The solution improved communication between the distribution centre and shop floor, made it easier to identify missing materials and contractor needs, and reduced stress for the maintenance team by making work more transparent through dashboards and upcoming preventive maintenance. The onboarding took 3 weeks, and Primark reported smoother operations and better visibility across the site.
