Frostline, a Portuguese HVAC and solar thermal maintenance provider managing 10,000 pieces of equipment across 291 buildings, was struggling with too much bureaucracy, limited visibility into contracted hours, and delays caused by technicians not having task details before arriving on site. As a result, daily calls to the manager dropped from around 20 to just one or two, technicians were better prepared, and Frostline gained clearer control over tasks and hours. After one year with Infraspeak, the company issued 150 more quotes and closed 40% more successful deals.
