How Celtic Manor Resort successfully digitised its 5-star operations

Celtic Manor Resort, part of The Celtic Collection in South Wales, is a 5-star resort operating across 7 buildings, with more than 4,000 assets, 50 subcontractors, and a highly complex maintenance environment. Before working with Infraspeak, the team relied on paper, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems to manage asset lists, procurement, preventive maintenance, compliance data, and reactive jobs, creating inefficiencies, data-loss risk, and visibility gaps across the operation.

Infraspeak implemented its Intelligent Maintenance Management Platform (IMMP) to centralise asset information, procurement documents, contractor records, maintenance workflows, and site documentation, supported by mobile access, messaging, live notifications, Planner/Calendar tools, and SFG20 integration. As a result, Celtic Manor Resort nearly eliminated paper, improved collaboration and compliance, gained better visibility over workloads and technicians, and strengthened reactive and preventive maintenance management—helping the team work more efficiently and showcase its value to the wider organisation.
