ECMSi, a managed services provider led by network engineer Dave Galioto, needed a reliable, scalable backup and disaster-recovery solution for its own operations and for 30–40 partner sites. They wanted an all-in-one approach to replace ShadowProtect that avoided large upfront appliance costs, simplified deployment, and dramatically reduced downtime when outages occur.

They implemented Infrascale’s hybrid-cloud IBDR with an on-premises appliance that replicates to the Infrascale cloud, enabling rapid VM booting on-prem or in the cloud. Deployment is fast (often a site in a day), the platform is stable and scalable across partners, support is responsive, and recovery times have fallen to roughly a quarter of what they were—significantly reducing partner downtime.
