SEBI, the Securities and Exchange Board of India, needed a centralized NOC operations and service management platform to monitor its IT infrastructure and applications, unify support for end users, and improve SLA-driven ITIL service delivery and customer satisfaction. Infraon, through EverestIMS, provided Infraon IMS and Infraon Desk to consolidate events, tickets, and communications across email, web, mobile, and call management systems.

Infraon implemented an on-premises, highly available solution with HA/DR, integrating monitoring, service desk, workflow automation, asset and CMDB management, knowledge base, AD, mobile, IVR, and SIEM/application event feeds. The rollout helped SEBI handle 10,000+ events and 3,000+ tickets per day, support 2,500+ users and 15,000+ assets, and improved response times, resolution, and CSAT through automated collaboration and KPI tracking.
