Penn State modernizes STARtracks with Infragistics for 210 users

Penn State manages a federally funded nutrition education program called TRACKS (SNAP-Ed) and needed to modernize its outdated STARtracks data entry system. The system was crucial for compiling program data and federal reporting. Penn State engaged Infragistics Consulting Services to overhaul the application due to their prior involvement with the original system.

Infragistics collaborated with Penn State to redesign and develop a new application. They migrated the system from ASP.NET to a faster, jQuery-based platform built with Ignite UI controls. The new STARtracks application was delivered in phases, resulting in a lighter, more practical, and efficient system that successfully met the needs of its 210 users.
