Whitelion unifies 30 programs with Infoxchange by 2021

Whitelion, a not-for-profit supporting disadvantaged young people, faced a significant challenge with its outdated and complex client management system. The system was overly reliant on a single developer for maintenance, which became a major liability when that developer was ceasing operations. This prompted Whitelion, with new CEO Hang Vo, to seek a new solution and they selected the client and case management system from Infoxchange.

Infoxchange implemented its system, providing Whitelion with a single source of truth for client data. By the end of 2021, the organization was managing all 30 of its programs through the new platform. This allowed staff to accurately record and see the positive impact of their work, which proved the value of their programs to help secure future funding. Infoxchange helped Whitelion fully integrate technology into its operations, moving it from an afterthought to a core part of their strategy.
