Wesnet, a peak body for Specialist Women's Domestic and Family Violence Services, needed a way to help its vulnerable clients maintain critical mobile connectivity for safety and support. They partnered with Infoxchange to utilize the Telstra Top Up program, which is facilitated through Infoxchange's Client Case Management system.
Infoxchange implemented the program, which provides a $180 pre-paid mobile recharge with six months of service. This solution delivered significant results, facilitating 15,000 mobile top-ups and providing over $2.4 million in support in the last financial year. The program expanded to 895 community partners, with Wesnet being one of the top users, ensuring their clients could safely connect to family, friends, and crisis services.
