The customer, Leisure Networks, faced the challenge of supporting the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) with an outdated, paper-based IT infrastructure that was labor-intensive and could not keep up with their rapid expansion. Infoxchange was engaged to provide IT consulting services to help the organization work more efficiently.
Infoxchange implemented a solution by taking over IT management, updating software and infrastructure for consistency, and migrating the customer to a remotely-managed server and Microsoft Office 365. This provided staff with a central, cloud-based location to access and share files from anywhere, significantly saving time. The result was that staff could now communicate easily and had much more time to focus on their core job of helping people in the community.
