Ladder connects four locations with Infoxchange using Office 365

The customer, Ladder, a youth homelessness organization, faced a challenge sharing and managing documents across its four Australian locations with an on-premise server. They used a free drop-box service which led to issues with conflicting document versions, storage limits, and uncertainty over the most current files. The vendor, Infoxchange, consulted on solutions for this problem.

Infoxchange implemented Microsoft's Office 365 software package as the solution. This allowed Ladder's staff to work from anywhere with documents backed up in the cloud. The co-authoring capability enabled teams to work on the same document simultaneously from different parts of the country. The move to the cloud connected teams across locations, allowed for remote support, and helped Ladder focus on its mission.
